After Mamma Mia stole hearts in the Ed Mervish Theatre in Toronto, HenX continued managing the logistics of the musical flying to Jakarta, Indonesia via Chicago.

Accurate tour planning in Jakarta

The moment Mamma Mia left the States, HenX project manager Jonny was already in Jakarta preparing for arrival of the equipment. Jakarta was extra busy due to the Asian Games. Nevertheless, Jonny managed in less than 24 hours to import, handle and deliver the Mamma Mia equipment -aircraft to venue- in time for the show build up. Was so exciting being part of the tour of Mamma Mia! through Asia. Jakarta was just the first Asian city of many!

Fast cargo handling and air charter

With four HenX employees working in our Chicago warehouse, we build up 24 airfreight pallets in less than six hours which were picked up at O’Hare airport by a chartered Singapore Airlines Cargo 747-Freighter.
